IT Skills Research Privacy Policy
General Principles:
IT Skills Research respects the privacy of its customers, visitors
to its web site and those who e-mail us. IT Skills Research never
sells or shares contact details (including e-mail addresses) with
third parties.
Maintaining of Contact Databases:
IT Skills Research maintains a database of e-mail addresses of
users who have subscribed to its newsletter.
We also have a database of all users who have responded to our
surveys.
The contents of these databases (including e-mail and postal addresses)
are treated as confidential and are never published or shared with
any other party (in part or as whole).
You can remove yourself from either database at any time by sending
a message through our contact
page or by e-mailing

Sending of E-mail Messages:
IT Skills Research sends its monthly newsletter only to those
who have asked to go on the mailing list.
IT Skills Research occasionally sends emails to respondents of
earlier surveys to request their participation in the current survey.
In all cases:
• Messages are sent in rich or plain text format (containing
no objects, JavaScript or any other embedded code)
• Information is provided on how to remove yourself from
the list
• Users who request removal are ALWAYS removed
• A genuine reply address is used
• Addresses which continually bounce are automatically removed

Completion of Surveys
Information sent in response to our surveys is never passed to
any other party except in aggregation with other responses. The
anonymity of all respondents is guaranteed. We do, however, maintain
a database of respondents so that we may request participation in
other surveys (see above).
Use of Cookies:
The IT Skills Research web site makes no use of cookies.
Please email us at IT Skills Research if you have any concerns,
or if you wish to have any information that you have provided removed
from our files.
